The Zaremba name has been synonymous with forward thinking development, quality construction and property management services since the 1920’s. A recipient of the NAIOP “Office Building of the Year” for the Independence Corporate Center project, Zaremba continues to develop prime commercial property in Northeast Ohio to the highest standards. The most recent project, Fairview Corporate Center in Fairview Park, has has become the new corporate headquarters for Zaremba Management Company.
Zaremba Management now spearheads commercial and residential projects throughout the country and currently owns and manages around 4,000 multi-family apartment units and 250,000 SF of commercial property. Zaremba is also involved in the development of upscale residential properties and self-storage warehouse properties.
